Exchanges and returns

It is recommended to keep any proof of purchase and carefully read the exchange and return policy of item(s) on the site.

In addition to the standard returns and exchanges policy, there are some important points to remember when purchasing clothes:

Check the measurements! First, make sure you buy the right size for you. It is important to read the size range before each purchase.

Return and exchange conditions

Exchange/return for any reason, up to 14 days from the day of receiving the package, provided that the item is not worn/damaged and still with a ticket in the original packaging.

In the WhatsApp message, please state the order number, full name, full address including city + phone number for the courier + the item you are returning + the item you are exchanging for,

If it is a replacement. (including product name and image).

When returning an item with a credit/credit, you will be charged a shipping fee of NIS 30.

If the credit is to the website, the shipping is at our expense.

Refund

Credit to the means of payment through which the transaction was made (with a deduction of 5% of the cost of the item as per the law).

The credit does not include the shipping fee.

In case of cancellation of a transaction that has not yet reached the customer, the amount will be deducted by 5% of the cost of the item according to the law.

Returns and exchanges policy regarding promotions: no exchanges/returns in end-of-season sales.

*Read the clothing label carefully. It is important to read the label of the washing instructions and the drying instructions of the garment.

החלפות והחזרות

מומלץ לשמור כל הוכחת רכישה ולקרוא בעיון את מדיניות ההחלפה וההחזרה של פריטים/ים באתר.

בנוסף למדיניות ההחזרות וההחלפות הרגילות, יש כמה נקודות חשובות שכדאי לזכור בעת רכישת בגדים:

בדוק את המידות! ראשית, ודא שאתה קונה את המידה המתאימה לך. חשוב לקרוא את טווח המידות לפני כל רכישה.

תנאי החזרה והחלפה

החלפה/החזרה מכל סיבה שהיא, עד 14 יום מיום קבלת החבילה בתנאי שהפריט לא בלוי/פגום ועדיין עם כרטיס באריזה המקורית.

להחזרה/החלפה יש לשלוח וואטסאפ לטלפון 050-6615727

בהודעת הוואטסאפ נא לציין את מספר ההזמנה, שם מלא, כתובת מלאה כולל עיר + טלפון לשליח + הפריט שאתה מחזיר + הפריט אליו אתה מחליף,

אם זה תחליף. (כולל שם המוצר והתמונה).

בהחזרת פריט עם זיכוי/זיכוי תחויב בדמי משלוח בסך 30 ₪.

אם הזיכוי הוא לאתר, המשלוח הוא על חשבוננו.

הֶחזֵר

זיכוי לאמצעי התשלום באמצעותו בוצעה העסקה (בניכוי 5% מעלות הפריט כחוק).

הזיכוי אינו כולל את דמי המשלוח.

במקרה של ביטול עסקה שטרם הגיעה ללקוח, יקוזז הסכום ב-5% מעלות הפריט על פי חוק.

מדיניות החזרות והחלפות לגבי מבצעים: אין החלפות/החזרות במכירות סוף עונה.
